The Problem

Your business has grown, but your processes haven't.

Buried in manual work
Your team spends their days re-keying orders, chasing stock levels, and rebuilding the same reports every week.
AI on the shelf
You bought the licences. Six months later, the work still gets done the old way, because nobody set AI up on your team's actual workflows.
No plan, no owner
Everyone agrees AI matters. But nobody has mapped where it fits, what to roll out first, or who makes sure the team adopts it.

The Process

How we work

Four steps. You can stop after the audit and keep the plan.

  1. Discovery call

    Free, fifteen minutes

You tell us where the hours are going. We tell you straight whether AI will help, and what to do first.

  2. AI Ops Audit

    Two to three weeks

We sit with each department, work out where the time goes, and give you a ranked plan with the hours and dollars attached.

  3. Rollout and onboarding

    About five weeks

We set AI up on the real work, train each team on their own files, and stay close until they can run it without us.

  4. Measure at day 60

    Included, always

We measure the hours again against the baseline and write up what changed. Then we decide together what comes next.

Why Us

Why T1 Ops?

We work with every department

Sales, customer service, finance, marketing, the warehouse, planning, the stores. We have worked with all of them and set AI up on what they actually do, so no one is left doing it the old way.

We have done this ourselves

We set AI up across a multi-brand distribution business from the inside, on live data, while it was trading. What worked there is what you get.

Training on your own work

No made-up examples. People finish a session having done their own work faster, which is the only reason a new habit survives a busy week.

We tell you what to leave alone

Some of what comes back from an audit is "leave that as it is". If a spreadsheet with a script is the right answer, that is what we recommend.

FAQ

Common questions

The things people ask on the first call.

What does T1 Ops do?

We help businesses put AI to work in every department: sales, customer service, finance, marketing, the warehouse, planning and retail. We train your people on their own work, find out where the hours are going, run the rollout department by department, and stay on afterwards so the setup keeps up with the tools.

Who do you work with?

Growing Australian businesses in retail, wholesale and distribution, logistics and ecommerce. Typically 20 to 200 staff, where each department has its own processes and an owner or GM can still make a decision. We work with all of those departments, not one.

Where should we start?

Usually with a training session for your leadership team. It is the smallest step, and once the leaders have used AI on their own work the rest of the conversation changes. If you already know AI should be helping but cannot say where, start with the AI Ops Audit instead. The discovery call works out which.

What does it cost to work with T1 Ops?

Every engagement is a fixed fee, quoted after a free discovery call. There is no hourly billing and no lock-in contract. You can stop after the audit and keep the plan.

Do you only work in Sydney?

We're Sydney based and run in-person training across NSW. Remote delivery works Australia wide, and most engagements mix the two.

How is this different from an AI agency?

Most agencies come from software or marketing and learn your business as they go. We came from running one. We train your team on their actual work and stay close until the new way sticks, and we only build something when the audit shows a build is the right answer.

Which AI tools do you use?

We train and build on Claude, OpenAI, Copilot, Gemini and Grok, choosing whatever fits your systems and budget. We don't resell licences and we're not tied to any vendor.

How long before we see something change?

A leadership session changes how people work the same week. A full audit and rollout takes about seven weeks from the first department interview to every team live, and we measure the hours again at day 60.
