T1 Ops ("we", "us") is an Australian business based in Sydney, NSW. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Through the enquiry form on this site we collect the name, email address, phone number (if you provide one) and the message you send us. We collect this only when you choose to submit the form.

If you email us directly, we hold whatever you include in that email.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and to carry out any work you engage us for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Form handling

Enquiry form submissions are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a third party form service, which processes the submission and forwards it to our inbox. The information you submit passes through their systems in order to reach us.

Client data during engagements

Training and implementation work often involves your operational data, such as orders, stock files or invoices. Where that happens:

• We agree in writing what data is in scope before any work starts.
• We use the minimum data needed, and prefer de-identified or sample data where it will do the job.
• We do not retain client operational data after an engagement ends unless you have asked us to, for example to support a system we built for you.
• Where an engagement involves personal information belonging to your customers or staff, we agree the handling arrangements with you before we begin.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third party analytics.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Some of the services we use to run the business, including our email provider and this site's hosting, store data on servers that may be located outside Australia.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@t1ops.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable period.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
