What we do
- AI training and enablement. A private session where we explain what AI can do in your business, set it up for you and automate your first task together. In Sydney we run team training as in-house workshops at your workplace.
- AI Ops Audit. The first phase of the rollout. We measure where the hours go in each team and give you a ranked plan with the numbers attached.
- AI rollout and onboarding. AI set up in the departments you choose, with each team trained on its own tasks. Where something needs building, like an ERP, ecommerce or 3PL integration, it’s quoted on its own and tested on your data first.
- Managed AI operations. A monthly retainer that keeps your setup current as the tools change and gives your team someone to ask.

Whatever’s simplest. If a tool and a trained team can solve it, that’s what we use, and if it needs a build, we build it.
How long before we see something working?
You use AI on your own tasks in the leadership session. Your hours are measured again 60 days after the rollout, against the audit.
What happens if it does not work?
We keep the first project small, so we find out early. If AI isn’t worth it in your business, the audit will say so in writing.
