Try it yourself first
A leadership session lets you use AI on your own work first, like the weekly numbers, emails and proposals. You leave with a few tasks already running.
It’s a small first step, and it helps you decide where to go next.

Public workshops are great for one person learning the basics. In-house works better when a whole team wants to use AI on its own work.

After the workshop
Some work is better automated than taught, like copying details from emails into another system. If that comes up, the AI Ops Audit can find it and cost it, and the AI rollout can build it.
Who runs the workshops
T1 Ops is run by operators with more than 20 years in retail, wholesale and distribution, who led a full AI rollout in a multi-brand distributor. The workshops are built on what worked there.
